唉~ 話說呢段時間都心情不佳,好多時仲食唔落嘢添!!
唔想傷胃傷身,我會氹自己:唔食飯都食小小嘢吖!!
咁啱最近發現左呢個輕鬆keep fit小食《MaxFiber麥密瘦》就成為左我首選喇!!
由多種天然食材製成嘅《MaxFiber麥密瘦》,含有豐富水溶性燕麥同杏仁,飯前食兩粒再加杯水就可以吸收大量纖維,我估佢嘅飽足感分分鐘夠頂⅓至一半嘅飯量呀!
